If you get this pack, I recommend playing both games so you can get the most out of the story. Overall, Moss: Book II is a huge step up and it's a much longer game to boot which is a nice bonus. Speaking of which, combat is as easy as it is in the first game but at least you can do more here. I also enjoy playing as the new character Sahima as she's equipped with Chakram projectiles that she can throw in combat. ![]() Specifically, the puzzles are a lot more elaborate and a handful of new skills such as the ability to grow vegetation and dash make solving puzzles as you uncover all sorts of treasures a supremely rewarding undertaking. With all of that in mind, the second game in Moss and Moss: Book II Bundle really changes things up gameplay-wise to make for a much more fulfilling experience. However, admiring your surroundings as Quill scampers around still makes for a beautiful treat so it's more the kind of game that you'd play to relax with than it is a challenging adventure. The campaign has a great mix of platforming, puzzles, and combat so it's a solid journey for sure although it's still very basic at its core which may leave some gamers occasionally bored. Controlling Quill as she climbs around the environments only to reach out to open doors and drag blocks for her adds up to a lovely interactive experience that's rather intuitive, especially with the simple hack-and-slash combat in place. □ Get ready for an epic story, chums MossĪs the first game in the series, Moss establishes a wonderful fairytale world where you play as the reader who assists a little mouse named Quill on her adventure. │ We love to hear from our visitors even if you disagree so please leave a respectful comment after reading this review.
